*Alabama has been dominant recently you mean.

The top SEC sucked ass last year in their biggest games of the year.

Bama lost to Ohio State and a "3rd string QB"
Ole Miss got waxed by TCU
Miss State lost to 1 dimensional Georgia Tech.
Auburn lost to Wisconsin
LSU lost to ND

Mizzou got a dub
Georgia got a dub
Double standard. Its apparently not cool for me to bring up past seasons to support the SEC's reputation of being the best, but yet you guys continue to use last season's bowl games to support your argument. And btw, nobody has provided any legit argument to actually build up another conference. All I keep hearing is "the Big Ten is deep," but wtf does that even mean? Big 10 = Bland.

LAST YEARS BOWLS ARE MORE RELEVANT THAN BCS ERA. MANY PLAYERS ARE THE SAME

Yeah idk how you can say that BCS era > last year lol. That's like saying the Cowboys are currently better than the Pats because they were good in the 90s when the Pats have been dominant more recently lol.

Tennessee has one of the toughest schedules in the country. So says the people who make a living determining this shit. All the SEC haters here make me want to puke.

Every team has a "tough schedule" in the SEC according to you. It's deemed as tough because they all play each other for christ sakes. Tennessee best win is against Georgia and lost their other big matchups.

Nope. I judge strength of schedule based on the credible polls and sites that crunch the numbers week in and week out.

There's reports Maryland will hire current Michigan defensive coordinator DJ Durkin as their new head coach. Durkin is an Urban Meyer disciple who remained with the Gators through last season.

Pitt's star RB James Conner was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Even with the knee injury he was likely to go pro this offseason. That probably isn't happening anymore

Baylor got screwed by injuries. Not every team can be Ohio State and win games with their 3rd string QB

All defense and special teams in the SEC Championship Game. We've had two blocked kicks, a safety, a punt return TD and now a field goal. Florida leads Alabama 7-5.

Heisman Watch: Alabama RB Derrick Henry has 65 rushing yards (3.4 per carry), a touchdown and a fumble at the half against Florida in the SEC title game. If this continues, is the door open for Clemson's Deshaun Watson and Stanford's Christian McCaffrey tonight?
