Jake Locker gets compared to Tim Tebow a lot. But if you ask ESPN's Chris Mortensen, there's no comparison because Locker is better. SeattlePi.com's Jim Moore writes that Mortensen thinks Locker is far and away the best quarterback available for April's NFL draft.
He is so high on Locker, in fact, he thinks it's a no-brainer that the strapping Husky signal caller will jet set to the NFL next year, bypassing his senior year.
"Locker is so far ahead of Tebow in terms of NFL grades it's not even close." Mortensen says. He thinks its conceivable that Locker could be a top 10 pick, a slot which few underclassmen turn down and return to school.

Locker is a much better pro prospect, that's for sure.

As much as I love Tim, Locker is a better quarterback.

100% correct, Mort. Tebow is going to be such a mediocre pro, I wouldn't take him above the 3rd round, and the only reason he should be drafted is for being a vocal leader and a good kid on a bad-mannered organization. Locker is a "lock" for the top 5, and will be the first QB taken.

I don't know if this is correct, but Tebow isn't a throwing QB.
They're trying (LOL) to make him a throwing QB.

As you can see by out ppg, it's a <Censored> decision.

Nevertheless; true or false: Jake Locker is on more defenders highlight tapes than any other player in the NCAA?

I remember last season he played like he had a death wish, <Censored>ing animal.
