I'd be upset with the hire but the team's gonna suck for the next two years at least, and probably longer. I'm not sure why any promising candidate would take the job unless they were desperate for a managerial job. Gardy's gonna suck, he's gonna take all the inevitable losses and he'll get fired before the team is good again.
