Yep, more threads for the CFB forum.

Time to talk players you'll be watching/feel good about in 2016.

If Bammer learned anything from that title game against Clemson, I hoped they learned how goddamn good OJ Howard is.  He's going to explode next season if they feed him like they should.  Him and Calvin Ridley are absolute studs.

Raekwon McMillan is another monster.  Not only is he a great player, but he was actually named after Raekwon from Wu-Tang, so he's likely the greatest player ever.

There are so many more to mention, but everyone knows about guys like Fournette, Watson, McCaffery, and so on, so I won't bother.

I haven't seen much of Cooper Bateman, but sounds like he's in line to take over at QB.

Hardly needs a stud to facilitate that offense though, of course. Can't say I was much of a Jake Coker fan.

(Actually, just remembered Bateman dead)

A lot of non-ACC fans probably don't know just how good Elijah Hood is, so that's another good mention.

Ha, I actually put him in after Nazair Jones then deleted him as I thought he'd be one of the more well-known NC players.

But yeah, I like Hood a lot. The number of carries per game (or lack of) he was given last season was ridiculous at times. Should be in for a bigger share in 16/17 with Marquise gone and a pocket passer in at QB.

Hood is a really good back. I don't think UNC will miss a beat offensively next year. Probably the favorite to win the coastal again.

Obvious players to watch include Fornette (if he plays) and DeShaun Watson who will probably be the #1 college QB next year, hell he probably was this year.

Is Baker Mayfield back too? He'd be another big Heisman frontrunner

Lots of receivers returning for Trubisky to step into, of whom he all knows well and is familiar with on the field.

He's best buds with Switzer, while Fritts (next season's starting TE) went to the same HS as him in Ohio, so I don't think it'll take him long to start finding hook-ups across the board.

Don't think they're challenging the likes of Clemson any time soon, but should be fun to see what transpires.

(And yeah, pretty sure Mayfield is back.)

Did Quinshad Davis finally graduate? Seems like he was at UNC for 15 years.

Yeah he's done now - they took him straight to a local retirement home.
