Has Amari really got passed as the best WR in the draft? I don't follow closely but I find that hard to believe

He's the safer player, and probably the more reliable.
 
I think Oakland ends up getting a FA wideout, and therefore go with White who has the higher upside. If they strike out in Free Agency, Cooper should be the pick imo.

If Amari started to drop that far, I think the Browns make a play to move up.

It would be VERY interesting to see what would happen if Mariota fell to the Bears. If we can offload Cutler that would give us a ton of cap flexibility. I personally favor Danny Shelton, we need an interior difference maker on the d line.
