This stupid narrative needs to stop.

Under Fred Hoiberg: 2015-2016 = 36.9 mpg, 2016-2017 = 37.0 mpg

This season = 37.1 mpg

Hes a star player, hes supposed to be playing heavy minutes. Go look at Lebron, go look at Kobe, go look at all the tough stars in their prime at the same age as Jimmy and tell what you see wrong with 37 mpg. Jimmy isnt the type play 34 just to rest. He goes all out

Freak injury, simple as that. Rested for a week before last night too. Stop blaming Thibs just because you dont like him.

37.9 MPG at the age of 28 for Lebron James. 40.8 MPG at the age of 28 for Kobe Bryant. 38.8 MPG at the age of 28 for Michael Jordan. 38.7 MPG at the age of 29 for Carmelo Anthony. 37.1 MPG at the age of 29 for Dwyane Wade

Provide something that makes sense to show that Jimmys injury is Thibs fault you bum

If theres someone you want to blame, then blame the league for having so many games, back to backs and what not

But dont blame a coach for playing his best star player, and not even playing him any crazy minutes as people make it seem

Star players have done 37 mpg and more in their prime at around that age

Pace is faster now than when they played. Also that doesn’t count practice time

Torn meniscus for Jimmy, he better take the full 3 months to recover I really hope he doesn’t remove it just to get back sooner

Fine

Giannis 37.2, Lebron 37.0, Dame 36.5, Russ 36.2, Beal 36.4, Middleton 36.7 and many more around 37 MPG

Can look up previous few seasons with this pace if you’d like but im sure you dont

As for practice, Wolves dont practice as hard as they used to anymore. Over the last two months they hardly even practiced according to their players

Dieng also mentioned practices dont run as hard and long as they did last year
