Teddy Bridgewater or Jadeveon Clowney?

Let's say you are starting an expansion team.  You have no roster at all yet, and you're building the team from the ground up.  Who do you take?  The potential franchise quarterback, or a potential elite edge rusher?
 
 
This idea sort of stemmed from the Matt Ryan thread, and how some people may think the QB position is overvalued.  That's not necessarily what this thread is about, I'm just curious to know which of the two players you think would be better if you were starting a brand new team based on their potential impact.

Clowney. He's a once-in-a-generation player at his position

I've always been a defensive minded person/fan, so I'm going with Clowney.

Clowney's amazing but I'm taking the QB every time. No question.

Bridgewater.

I have watched very little of Bridgewater, but if I was of the belief he could be a franchise QB, I take him with no hesitation. If I have doubts, Clowney.

If Bridgewater is truly a elite franchise QB, then I take him. But if he isn't that, say he's a Tony Romo (or Matt Ryan tehe) then I'd go Clowney no question.

Clowney is just way too good to pass up.  The only thing that could stop him from becoming a monster in the NFL is a serious injury.
