Excellent decision by Titans ownership. There are no excuses for the way Mularkey handled Mariota these past two seasons. I don't think Mariota is very good but I do think he's better than terrible, and terrible is what he was this season and for much of last season. The Titans NEED to get in the Shurmur sweepstakes at this point. Shurmur with Mariota, DHenry, DMurray, Delanie Walker, Decker, etc? With that offensive line? Goddamn.

I’m guessing Vrabel? I can’t understand dumping Mularkey w/o a specific candidate in mind. Seems odd considering the Titans were a playoff team by they’ll never be any better under Mularkey than they were this season.
