Buy, they're soon to be a playoff team and for some reason they've been an attraction to star players such as Jagr.

Buy. He hasn't been AS productive as I believe the Wings thought he would be.

B/S: Hamilton gets a team before 2015.

Sell, Bettman said that the only way a team will come to Hamilton is through expansion and I doubt an expansion team will ever come before 2015. Also even if Balsille gets the team, the NHL won't let him move to Hamilton.

B/S: Balsille eventually buys a team.

Hopefully, everything goes through with the moving of Phoenix, but if not, he'll eventually get a southern team.

Buy, this year the division should start to clear up with Colorado and Minnesota out of the picture. And I have a feeling it will be mostly Edmonton vs Vancouver based on Calgary's goalie situation.

Sell, they'll probably share starts like Nabokov and Toskala did in San Jose, plus Wilson is the coach..

Sell, I wouldn't say that, his size might play a factor and MPS will probably end up better, but I think he'll still be a good player. Plus the Leafs coaching staff is much better with youth now rather than the Pat Quinn days.

Buy, even if I'm a Canadiens' fan, Boston hasn't lost great players via Free Agency, they still have the same core, with Krecji, Bergeron, Savard (a better team player since headcoach Julien is there) & Chara "The Monster". But, it could be disastrous if they lose Kessel, one of their best goalscorers.

B/S : Penguins win 2 years in-a-row the Stanley Cup.

Regarding the last question: Notice I said "when he starts his career with the Edmonton Oilers" not "this year".

Sell, he's not THAT good yet.
