It's the fact that his contract is a 2 way and Weekes' is a 1 way. But I agree with you, they should trade him, they could get a lot in return.

I just witnessed a travesty. The Providence Bruins got robbed tonight in a controversial shootout. Tuukka Rask flipped sht when two straight "goals" were allowed by the referees. He ended up throwing his stick and something else from the bench onto the ice. The fans were actually throwing stuff too.

Honestly, it's never okay to throw stuff but I don't really blame Tuukka for being upset.

I've never seen him react like that. After the first "goal" he got up, upset, and slammed his stick onto the crossbar.

After the second one he shot up and was livid. He skated right toward the ref and started arguing. The ref wouldn't have any of it so Tuukka went toward the bench and threw his stick and something else.

I just saw on the box score this morning that they tacked a game misconduct on him.

of course they don't have any video of the second goal but there's Tuukka's reaction to it all...

I don't know if it's my bias but someone else has to comment on the first goal. I was under the impression, and the guy says it, that if you lose control and your move stops the shot is usually dead.

that first goal shouldn't have counted, he went backwards lol and you can't do that

however that still wasn't right for Rask to do that

Of course...it's never right to overreact like that lol. Can't say I blame him though.

That first goal wasn't a goal.
The second goal is questionable; I can't see the puck well enough in the video to say if it went in or not.

the problem is the first non-goal should have ended the game...

He probably will or over to the Czech. His skill is diminished and Ieven lost my faith in him. Good thing he was a one year contract. He could help the Baby Pens though

If he wants to stay in the NHL, his only way of making it back is by going to the KHL where you can make a good impression on NHL scouts.

I didn't know Artem Anisimov of the Pack was such a beast in the AHL. I looked at his stats and thought the Rangers could benefit from him
