Taking a page from the book of Parcells? If any of you cowboys fan remember, Parcells did this his first year in Dallas. Seems to me Strong is brining the same discipline and "earn your right to play on this team" mentality that Parcells brought to the Cowboys when he came. Difference is, there is no Jerry Jones to stop Strong from doing everything the way he wants to. If y'all remember correctly, during Parcells first season the Cowboys went 10-6 and made it to the playoffs with a bunch of players that nobody would have expected him to do it with. Just putting that out there
