People that usually contact the admins are newer users, so acrtually they might not know how to check some of those things...
Fair enough, I just thought noobs would have common sense.
If you see a guy with the name Head Admin, common sense tells you that he is the head admin of the site.
Common sense would make you look a couple millimetres downwards and see the group they are in, or common sense might make the person click on the moderating team to see who is in charge.
Like I said, n00bs don't really care to go look at the moderating team. If you see a guy with the name Head Admin you are gonna PM him with your questions. It's not nitpicking, it's trying to help our new members.
