FTW. I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be the Jets though. I think I heard the Moose would leave to Saskatchewan, and than our NHL team would be the Moose. But either way, no way to tell now.
But for real, if we get an NHL team next year, and the NFL does lockout, I could totally see NHL/hockey being my favourite sport.

I thought that the city of Winnipeg maintained the name "Jets" much the same as Hartford did.

Well I know that Colorado owns "Nordiques" so I assumed it might be the same for "Jets"

But nevermind, I just searched for it, and found that Shenkarow still owns the name rights.

I pray for Jets, nothing else. The Jets jersey in the EDGE uniform scheme would be sick.

However, in the end, Bettman will be his usual douchebag self, and block all of this from happening.

Bettman is a piece of shit, ruined the Hamilton deal (I know Ballsille did some a bit as well), and he'll find a way to ruin this deal as well.
