From what I'm reading literally everyone is in play. One gm expects up to 200 players moved this off season.

Should be fun.

Think people are overreacting a bit to the decreased salary cap. Everyone will panic to get room, and then probably spent to it anyway.

Looks like Horton wouldn't be back barring a miracle.

Pietrangelo could also be on the move. Would love for the Leafs to go after him. Probably the second best defenceman from the 2008 draft (which was deep at D). Apparently he wants an offer sheet.

I work with Pietrangelo's cousin back in NC.

I shit talk Seguin all the time, only because he's on the Bruins, but I would love to grab him. He'd come in as our best player. Him and Hodgson on the same line would be sick.

Lol I always talk shit about Seguin. Probably because of the trade. Everyone I know shit talks the Bruins in general, but I imagine the Leafs get chirped just as hard.

If I was a Boston fan, I'd be scratching my head right now. First, Horton says that he wants to move on to another team, now I read that Seguin might be traded to Calgary for 3 or 4 young players. I'm not really getting the logic of the Bruins, are they trying to free up salary?

With Rask and Bergeron likely getting extensions, they probably want a little more cap flexibility. I get letting Horton walk, but I'd be questioning the Seguin move if it happens. They don't score as it is. Besides, I don't think there a need to really panic. The cap will go back up next year and they won't be as tight against it.

Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked to see a guy like Seidenberg go. He's on a good deal for next year ($3.2M) but he's gonna get paid after it. Same can be said for Boychuk but he's got 2 more years rather than 1.

I heard Rask could get 7+ and Bergeron is likely to come in at 6.5.

If you could get another player on an entry level deal for Seguin, that would be ideal.

This is going to seem like a crazy prediction, but imo Jones could drop to 4. Doubt it happens, but heres my logic.

Drouin goes second because of the Huberdeau and Drouin QMJHL connection.

Lightning takes Barkov.

And then Jones and Weber destroy the league for the next ten years.

Like I said, probably won't happen.

Then Smashville could flip Josi for offensive help.

I doubt it happens though. Larsson dropped to 4 in 2011, so you never know (although Jones is better prospect imo)

Lol Bettman still gets booed. The prospects probably join in.

Joe Sakic chants. Overrated or am I hearing things?

Best wrist shot ever.

Wow. Bit of a shocker. Guarantee Jones goes 4th now. Can't see Tampa passing on Drouin to play with Stammer.
