Well, they paid big bucks for them tickets to see two innings... I know I wouldn't be happy.
they can still come tomorrow night and see the game.

Yankee fans are die hard. They'll ditch anything to go to the game. Hell, they'll ditch anything just to watch it on a tv at the bar.

Wasn't sure how that would work. Hopefully they can at least see tomorrow's game in it's entirety.

you know what i love about CC, he's a man

he's the richest pitcher in baseball(2nd now i think to Lee) but he'll still go on 3 days rest
awesome

the rain sucks, because i guess Verlander will only go once, but if the Yanks lose game 1, you know CC is pitching game 2, and even if he doesnt pitch, it's on Cashman and Girardi because wants the balll. love it

Still remember when he went on 3 days rest 4 straight times at the end of the 08 regular season to put the Brewers in the playoffs, didn't have to because he knew he would get paid, but still was willing.

CC's a horse. We rode him all the way to a World Series victory in 2009. He didn't have his best stuff in 4 out of the 5 playoff games that year and he stilled battled through and got us the W.

Surprised Ian Kennedy got knocked around a bit by the Brewers. Really thought he was going to shut them down today. Not liking their chances in this series now. I thought it was really important that they won the game that Kennedy pitched. Don't think they can beat Greinke and Marcum.

Surprised that Lohse has outpitched Doc so far. Really hoping that the Cardinals knock them out.

Cardinals couldn't hold onto the lead, most likely going to lose, and now have to somehow get a comeback going in the series against Lee and Hamels. Phillies are just so hard to beat in a short series.

Fuck Posada. His baserunning has been awful this year. He's been caught making shitty decisions so many times this year.

This umpire's strikezone is massive.

Yeah, it's terrible.
Love how the guys doing the game were like, "There's a reason Randazzo is behind the plate. He's a great umpire and he's so consistent." Lol.

He's blown his fair share of calls this game both ways.

More like consistent at calling strikes out of the strike zone and not calling strikes in the strike zone.....

We're starting to lock in on Fister. Everybody hit the ball hard that inning.
