Who Should Be the NFL's MVP?

I added 5 names, even though it will probably come down to Brady, Newton & Palmer.

Shoutout to Tony Brown though. He's been amazing this year.

Best statistical player: Carson
Biggest improvement into stardom: Cam
Actually most valuable: Brady

This Pats team doesn't win shit without Tom. He's the most valuable. But Cam wins this award easily imo

As badly as I want to see more non-QB winners for the MVP award, you remove any of those 4 quarterbacks from their teams and their teams are mind-bogglingly worse. I do think that both Garappolo and Stanton could keep NE and Arizona afloat (mostly due to good coaching, mind you), but if Carolina lost Newton, they'd be like 3-11 right now. Russell Wilson is overrated but T-Jack would only have them at 6-9 or 7-8ish.

I voted Cam. He's made too many strides as a passer to ignore.

I thought about Palmer, but the Cardinals held their own at times last year without him. Though I'm not entirely sure this year's Pats team is this good without Brady considering all the injuries they've had - but they probably would have squeaked in to the playoffs.

So I picked Cam.

Carolina has the best backup QB of the four teams you listed haha

Derek Anderson is one of the best backup QBs in the league lol

Plus, he signed a multi million dollar deal as well to sit on the bench.  Crazy how valuable back up QB's are!

I would love to see Palmer get the MVP, but I think it has to go to Newton.  He has been amazing this year.  I sure hope he has a horrible game on Sunday though!

Also, the committee that picks the MVP says that the playoffs don't figure into who they pick, but I can see that this upcoming game can persuade a decision or two. IMO

I would assume, like the MLB, the Committee makes their decision before the playoffs begin.
