The numbers say he played most at SF. Next season, he's starting at SF. If we're going by play styles to say he's a SG then why is Giannis at SF and not PG?
Well I think Evans is more of a SG.

Like I said last year, if you want to accurately know which position a player plays, look at who he is playing with. It's not perfect, but it's better than a lot of other resources.

For example, using Bosox approach, Tyreke played 2% of his minutes at PG during the 14-15 season. That couldn't be further from the truth. Saying he played 98% of his minutes at PG would be more accurate than 2%.
