We will be starting our 4th annual SI player rankings.  Last year the player rankings generated 388 responses, that's less than 8 responses per thread.  I'm hoping this year we get above 500.  Don't be afraid to share your opinion, whether it's a popular one or not.  We will once again be going 10 spots deep at all 5 positions.

Please remember these two things, please vote on the polls and vote for the best player, don't be a homer.  Most of the polls will be open 24 hours, but if the first place vote getter gets 5 or more votes than the second vote getter than I will close the thread if I'm around.

Remember, this is based on who is currently the best player, not who has the potential to be the best.  Who would you take today?

I'm sorry, but this should not be "Player Rankings: #1 [Position]" the way you are running it, but "Player Rankings from the 2013-14 Season: #1 [Position]"

Like "who is currently the best SG?", the question you asked. Currently, its either Harden or Kobe. But Kobe isn't on this goddamn list, even though, without a doubt, if a game were to be played tomorrow, I'm fairly positive Kobe would be better than almost everyone on this list.

Please, stop running this as "who is the best player" and start doing it as "who had the best season last year", because thats how you are running it

Kind of had to be Harden by default, but it goes to show how low the talent at SG is right now.

Even when y'all are forced to give Harden his due, you still have to knock him down a peg.

I didn't wanna vote harden due to his atrocious defense but there is nobody better.
