I've been the one to say all year that Matt Ryan is overrated.

Hes better and younger and has more upside than Romo however.
He's younger and has more upside than Romo, but he's not better right now.

Romo's worst season QB rating wise, is better than Ryans best season QB rating wise.

Romo is more of a threat passing, and running if you want to include that.

Are you asking who is the better 2011 fantasy football QB?

And 'right now', Kitna > Romo...

QB rating is one of the more important stats for a QB, it's like per or eff in the NBA.

David Garrard had a 90.8 QB Rating and Drew Brees had a 90.9.. Does that mean Garrard is near as good as Brees?

Garrard also has plenty of low 80 ratings, it's the exception not the rule.

I like both QB's. However, I think Romo has a stronger arm with better accuracy. I will take Tony Romo.

Like I said, it's the exception not the rule.

Drew had a very un Drew like year, mostly because of the injury.

Lol injury excuses? There's a difference between excuses and reasons. Drews injury was a REASON why he had the year he had.

Jay cutler suffered a MCL sprain and sat out the second half of a playoff game because of it.
Sedrick Ellis suffered a MCL sprain and missed four weeks in 09.
Pierre Thomas suffered a MCL sprain and missed four weeks in 09.
Drew Brees suffered a MCL tear and played the entire season on it.

*excuses*

Call me a homer all you want but Matt Ryan should have won both playoff games he's played in, but in the first he choked and in the second he got his ass stomped. There is no way in hell you can logically say that Matt Ryan is better than Tony Romo. The stats don't back it up and Ryan has had a better running game during his entire career than Romo ever has. This is why I try to not discuss football on this forum, because a lot of you cats buy into hype, and Romo's defeated Ryan when they've played. Matt Ryan is not better than Tony Romo. Hell, as of right now, Joe Flacco is better than Matt Ryan, and Joe Flacco is no star. Ryan needs to win a playoff game and show that he can carry his team against superior quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers and Kurt Warner. So far, he's failed. Kurt Warner brought an inferior team into the Cards/Falcons playoff game and won by playing brilliantly. Green Bay came in as a 6 seed to the Georgia Dome and left no doubt. There's no excuse for that.

No.

Saying the reason why the Jags didn't make the playoffs was because MJD's knee gave out in the final 3 games is just as saying

"DREWS INJURY IS THE REASON WHY HE HAD THE YEAR HE DID".

MJD was MVP nominated and leading rusher before his Knee FINALLY gave out.

That's not an excuse though, that is a REASON.

If MJD doesn't go out I think the Jags finish 10-6, maybe even 11-5.

Excuses are what Albert Haynesworth did last year in Washington. Or saying well we didn't live up to the hype because our schedule was tough.
