Top of the West is really stacked. Could probably say this every year, but without injuries it's gonna be hella competitive. Thunder, Dubs, Spurs, Rockets, Clippers, all have a legit shot to get to the Finals.

The only thing Denver has left from that Lawson trade is that crappy Houston first rounder...

I still don't get why that deal was made.

Lawson was a personality they didn't want in their locker room, and everyone knew that. They had little leverage to move him, so getting a 1st is probably the best they could get. Especially knowing how many teams have good enough PGs and didn't want to give up good assets for Lawson

That deal would have always been available for them. Waiting to the deadline to move him would have been the better bet.

Mavs could be the worst team in the west but knowing how we are we'll end like 40-42 and give up our pick to Boston. John Jenkins looks like a find though

When is Kyrie supposed to be back?
Nobody really knows, but a Cavs writer speculated late November-early December. Based on how secretive it all has been, my gut tells me it wont be till January, but that isn't based on logic or any information.
