From the Niners Week 1 Depth Chart, to today's Depth Chart, they have retained 10 starters.
QB, WR1, FB, TE, LT, RG, LOLB, LCB, FS, SS.
RB, WR2, LG, C, RT, LE, NT, RE, MLB, WLB, ROLB, and RCB all have different starters from Week 1 last year.
That's terrible.

The 49ers are the biggest dissapointment of the past decade. They had a chance to be special and great, win at least 1 championship but it didnt happen. Man what a team and it simply imploded so quickly.

And to think, the FO is what caused the implosion. They let it leak that they didn't get along with Harbaugh, and then it unraveled from there. If the owners had any balls, they'd move on from Trent Baalke.

Can the NFL suspend him if he's not signed? I imagine the possibility of suspension would scare teams.

suspend him when he signs or suspend him and have the games pending until he signs would be my guesses. honestly dont know if either is legal.
