Best NFC East QB?

Who's the best QB in the NFC East?
 
My vote goes to Romo based on a game-by-game basis throughout his career. Obviously, some people think only rings matter, so it wouldn't surprise me if Eli wins this, but with how turnover-prone and inconsistent Eli Manning has been save for a couple of great seasons and 2 great post season runs, I just don't see how he's better overall.

But with the improved O-Line and all those talented receivers Eli might take the mantle next offseason.

Eli is maybe the 12th or 13th best QB in the game on a game-by-game basis, but like Flacco he becomes a fire-breathing dragon in the playoffs.
