Sell. Yankees have been inconsistent at times this season and have struggled mightily against the Red Sox. This could of course end up going the other way though and I wouldn't be surprised.

B/S: Jose Bautista hits 55+ homeruns.
Sell, I can smell between 45 and 50 though.

B/S: Teix hits 45 bombs this year?

Buy, and if he doesn't he comes pretty damn close.

B/S: Jose Reyes remains a Met throughout the year.

Buy, but he signs somewhere else in off-season.

B/S: Marlins finish around .500 (currently 35-45 [+/- 1], idk if they played today. they only won 4 games this month if they didn't play and win today, which is less then Cliff Lee this month. He has 5 wins this month.)

Buy, they haven't played all that well this season but I still believe they're a .500 team.

B/S: The Pittsburgh Pirates make the playoffs.

Sell, for obvious reasons now.

B/S: Red Sox take division from Yankees tomorrow?

Sell, it's an odds thing. A Yankees win and/or a Red Sox loss and the Yankees are still in first.

B/S: Mark Trumbo finishes the season with at least 30 HR (23 currently).

Sell, hasn't been healthy since 2009 and he's now 33. Played poorly (by his standards) in the 100 games that he played in last season. Don't think he has it left in the tank to catch up to guy like Cano, Pedroia, and Kinsler.

B/S: Mike Giancarlo Stanton leads the MLB in HRs this season.

Sell, not sold on their pitching (minus verlander) and infield corners won't help the pitchers either.

B/S Pineda wins 15 games.

Buy, unless he pitches absolutely awful or gets injured, the offense will score enough to get him 15 wins. Plenty of Yankees pitchers have had 4+ ERAs and still had high win totals, offense always carries the team.

B/S: Matt Moore outpitches David Price this season.

Sell. I love Matt Moore. my preseason ROY, but I think he'll still have restrictions. David Price will have the better season

B/S. Johan Santana finishes the season a Met(if not, what team?)

Buy, Santanas contract is too big for a team to take on right now. Santana would have to pitch lights out for someone to want him since he is making like 25 million a year.

B/S Carl Crawford has a bounce back season.

Sell, I think they will reach the 60-65 range. Considering Miggy is moving to a different position defensively and Prince is readjusting to a new league I dont think its achievable. '

B/S Clayton Kershaw establishes himself as the best pitcher in baseball at the age of 24.

Try to get this started back up...

Sell...he's a great pitcher, one of the best, but there are so many guys out there who can mow batters down (Verlander, Strasburg, Gonzalez, Cain) Not ready to give him the best in the game title quite yet.

B/S Jed Lowrie hits 30 home runs this year

Buy, I don't see the Phillies or Mets catching up to them. Braves might make a push though.

B/S Tigers rebound and win the AL Central.
