Ha. They did this same thing with the Phoenix Cardinals. Phoenix Coyotes sounds way better than Arizona Coyotes. Hell, in a few years it will be another new name and it won't have anything to do with Arizona at all! Whoever thought putting the stadium on the west side of Phoenix is very uneducated. Central Phoenix or Scottsdale would have been a jackpot instead of losing $24 million a year because of the location its in now....

Hell no! This is the same move Arizona Cards made years ago. Same complaints as Phx Cards had a better ring to it and so on. I'm glad its the Arizona Cardinals and I am glad the Coyotes went with Arizona rather then Phx. The word Arizona just looks better then the word Pheonix. Glad they changed it.

Arizona Cardinals does actually sound better but Arizona Coyotes doesn't. Also of course Arizona looks better than Phoenix...but not better than Phoenix
