I based my picks this year on the 2 best rivalries imo this year. And a Subway Series in the end. I really like the Yankees staff and just find it incredible having Joba as a #4. The mets bullpen will shorten the games to 7 innings and we are great at scoring runs early which will work come playoff time.

Man I cant believe I picked the yankees..... But their staff is just soooo good on paper. CC,Burnett,Wang, Joba, and Pettite. That is pretty beastly, not a big fan of the OF except for Nady who I think is going to do really good this year. Im also wary of Posada's age and his catching duties for the year.

Well the Royals couldn't score despite that BIG error by Ransom, and getting a few base hits and having a runner on third.
