The Pelicans lack of use of modern day tech under Monty baffles me. Quincy Pondexter has not done any physical work since last season because of an injury he sustained that he effectively "hid" from the medical staff. Wearable technology that monitors these players (something the Pelicans will finally implement this season, probably the last team to do so) could have told them something was wrong. Pondexter took fines last season to be able to play late in the season and in the playoffs instead of taking MRI's.
