I guess he told the owner his true intentions were to lose the game.

I don't see any chance these Jim Harbaugh/Rams rumors are true, but I would die of laughter if it actually happened

Why on earth would he leave Michigan? He's got a pretty sweet gig there.

I think he will end up back in the NFL at some point, but not with the Rams.

Same. There would be nothing better than him convincing Michigan fans that he can walk on water and then bailing on them to coach an NFL team that hasn't had a winning season in a decade.

I dont know. College football seens like much better job security than the NFL. More leeway.

His spot at Michigan is great but he's never stayed anywhere for very long. I don't know if he just gets bored or what the deal is.

Michigan is the only college job he'd take anymore, but I'd be shocked if an ultra-competitive guy like Harbaugh didn't want to jump back to the NFL. It's not like he's a career NCAA guy (Meyer), or an elite NCAA coach who sucked in the NFL (Saban). He was in the NFL and had tremendous success, he's going to want another crack at it IMO.

I don't see why someone would want to deal with something as annoying/time consuming/cut throat as recruiting if they didn't have to.

But he is a control freak, so maybe he will stay in college where he controls everything.

LOL fuck Fisher. Guy can have all the talent in the world but dude simply can't coach and gets to comfortable. Thanks for a top 5 pick this year :D
