Which of the all-time records are the safest?  Which is the most likely to be broken?

I think stolen bases is also safe.

Home runs is safe

56 game hit streak seems almost impossible too but I guess its not completely untouchable

You think maybe Saves could be broken at some point?

I don't think it's untouchable but given the way bullpen pitchers are being used lately I'd be surprised. We'll see how long Kimbrel's career is. I think he gets up there.

Personally, I think Pujols has a chance to break the RBI mark.  He has less than 310 to go to break the record.
Also, Johnny VanderMeer's no-hitter record is pretty safe.  To break it, one has to throw 3 in a row.

Hits 4,256 Pete Rose (average 200 hits for 21 years in a row and you are still 56 short)
At Bats 14,053 Pete Rose (Average 600 at bats for 21 years and you are still 1453 at bats short)
Walks 2,558 Barry Bonds (Average 100 walks a year for 21 years and you are still 458 short)
Triples 309 (Average 12 for 21 years and you are still 57 short)
Wins 511 Cy Young (Average 20 wins a year for 21 years and you are short 91)
Steals 1406 Rickey Henderson (Average 50 bases a year (5 more than the 2018 leader) for 21 years and you are still 356 short)
Consecutive Games 2,632 Cal Ripken (Seriously, let me know when someone crosses 500 games)
Strikeouts 5,714 Nolan Ryan (I'm not so sure anyone ever gets 4,000 again, forget Nolan's total)
Conplete Games 749 Cy Young (Take all the pitchers throwing complete games in the last 7 seasons, They aren't breaking Cy's record combined)
Shutouts 110 Walter Johnson (Let me know when you get a pitcher that sniffs that many complete games, forget shutouts.)
Innings Pitched 7,356 Cy Young (If you threw 200 innings for 21 seasons you would still be over 3,000 innings short)
No Hitters 7 Nolan Ryan (Let me know the next pitchers that throws three of them, forget seven)
