imo should just be Mo and Helton in this year. I hope that Docs death doesnt push him in, because he wouldnt get in this year if he were alive

Doc would get in even if he did not die.

Helton is a hard pass right now, just too many ahead of him on the ballot.

Here would be my ballot:
Roger Clemens - Never failed a test, numbers place him top 10 all time
Curt Schilling - Terrific regular season pitcher and outstanding post season stud
Larry Walker - Penalized way too much for his Coors numbers.  He was a five tool player
Fred McGriff - played it clean and was one of the top offensive players in the league
Jeff Kent - in the team picture for best 2b offensively of all time
Billy Wagner - Hoffman is in, and Wagner was better
Scott Rolen - top ten thirdbasemen of all time, that's a vote for me.
Sammy Sosa - Him with McGwire made baseball take the next jump after Cal's record
Mariano Rivera - The greatest modern day closer of all time
Roy Halladay - Edges out Mussina for me.  He's the guy I want with one game on the line

I don't think Jeff Kent is even close
I think he is close, but on second look, a lot farther away than I had thought originally.  He's around 10 all time offensively at the position.

I am going to change my ballot and put in Mussina over Kent
