Who is the second best QB in the NFC North?

Despite how inefficient he is, it's hard to argue with what Matt Stafford is at his best, so he gets my vote.

FTR, I think it's Stafford for 1-2 more seasons and then Teddy takes the second best spot.
 
Also, Jay Cutler is such a dark horse. The dude can be great but he just seems to keep his head up his ass so much.

God Bridgewater is overrated. No he will not end up better than Stafford, probably ever.
