Did they change any rules in soccer? Where soccer players can score more? Or are there a lot of matches that still go 0-0

There aren't many rules in soccer that could impact the amount of goals being scored. It's a free flowing game.

It's more how good offenses and defenses are.

And I don't even think 0-0 are or were that common anyway. Just a myth.

Games look close all the time, I remember when Spain and other teams would play defense so much. Games would end 1-0 or tie 1-1 for fear of being too aggressive, they'll take the point.
