1.
Cleveland
DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame: You can look at a number of other guys here. DeShaun Watson, Brad Kaaya, and Myles Garrett, but Kizer's frame and arm strength are too good to pass up. Cody Kessler has played well so far but he is not worth the risk on passing up a franchise QB.

2.
San Francisco
DeShaun Watson, QB, Clemson: 49ers draft their QB of the future. Gabbert flopped this year and so will Kaepernick. They are in dire need of a quarterback and Watson might just be the best one in the draft. Watson seems like the perfect man to run Chip Kelly's offense, I think this is a good match.

3.
Chicago
Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina: A pick that is probably going to make you scratch your head since the North Carolina QB's name isn't in the media much, but Mitch Trubisky has quietly put on a showcase to be one of the top signal callers taken this year. At 6'3 and 210, Trubisky could stand to put on a few pounds, but he has good size and arm strength and resembles fellow early entrant DeShone Kizer. Remember this man's name come draft time, and expect to see him in the green room.

4.
Carolina
Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M: Panthers get a steal at the fourth pick by having the best prospect in the draft fall on their lap. Garrett has been tearing up the college ranks this year, and I expect him to continue doing that in the NFL.

5.
New York Jets
Leonard Fournette, HB, LSU: A few years ago, you would be shocked to see a HB taken this high, but with the success of Todd Gurley and Ezekiel Elliott, don't be surprised to see more and more halfbacks to be drafted early on. Fournette has been a star since he stepped on the field. The Jets have lacked an elite threat in the backfield since Curtis Martin. They have found their anchor with the 5th pick.

6.
Indianapolis
Jalon Tabor, CB, Florida: The Colts defense is really, really bad. They could use pretty much any position but I see them taking this ballhawking corner out of Florida. Some people are worried about his character issues but I think that his talent is way too good to pass up in this situation. Resembles former Florida Gator and star corner Joe Haden.

7.
Miami
Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama: I considered putting Brad Kaaya here, but I can't be convinced that the Dophins will move on from Tannehill no matter how bad the season finishes. Humphrey is a very reliable corner who you can be sure won't give up the big play. Probably the most NFL ready defensive back the draft.

8.
San Diego
Jabrill Peppers, S, Michigan: Maybe the best athlete in the draft, Peppers is going to put on a show at the NFL Combine and Michigan's Pro Day. Would not be surprised to see him drafted higher, but seeing that he is best used as a safety hurts his stock a tad. Either way, the Chargers add a great playmaker to fill the hole that Eric Weddle left.

9.
Cincinnati
Zach Cunningham, LB, Vanderbilt: Another pick that will probably surprise you, but if you haven't heard of Zach Cunningham it's about time. The linebacker out of Vandy is currently leading the NCAA in tackles and the best run stopping linebacker in the nation. Even at 6'4 and 240 he moves quick and rarely misses a tackle. Expect him to jump up draft boards once the season is up.

10.
 Jacksonville
Jonathan Allen, DT, Alabama: The Jags have a hard time getting to the quarterback, but it would be hard to mock them an edge rusher when the defensive tackle position is just as bad as a need and you have someone like Jonathan Allen on the board. Allen is one of the many stars on Alabama's defense this year, and at 6'3 and nearly 300 pounds he's a force on the line. Despite his weight Allen is still able to get to the QB effectively, something the Jags hope to see a lot of.

11.
New Orleans
Adoree' Jackson, CB, USC: New Orleans might look to go pass rusher here, but it would be hard to pass on a player like Adoree Jackson when you have a need in the secondary. Jackson is a playmaker who will put a surge into not only your secondary, but your special teams unit as well. I see him a lot like a Leodis McKelvin when he was coming out of Troy.

12.
Tampa Bay
Malik Hooker, S, Ohio State: Tampa has a glaring need for a safety, and I was caught between Hooker and Jamal Adams, but I'm going to give a slight edge to the Ohio State product. Hooker is a hard hitter and a ballhawk who could come in and make an immediate impact. Reminds me of Jarius Byrd.

13.
 Detroit
Malik McDowell, DT, Michigan State: Haloti Ngata hasn't been what the Lions have expected, and with the big guy getting up there in age and his production steadily decreasing, it's time to find a new man for the nose tackle spot in 2017. If Jonathan Allen isn't on the board, MSU's McDowell isn't a bad backup plan.

14.
Arizona
Brad Kaaya, QB, Miami: Carson Palmer is 37 and struggling to stay healthy. He has a year or two left him but Arizona really doesn't have a replacement lined up. Kaaya, who was considered the second best QB in the class before the start of the season, is a nice fit. The Miami QB will not be ready to contribute right away, and sitting behind Palmer for at the very least a year would do a number for him. Both Kaaya and the Cards will have to be patient for this one to work out.

15.
Baltimore
Tim Williams, OLB, Alabama: The Ravens could go a number of directions here. I considered slotting Jamal Adams or Dalvin Cook here as well, but I'm giving the nod to Tim Williams. Baltimore could use a pass rusher to fill the role that Paul Kruger left a few years back, a role no one really stepped up and played well in. A year learning a thing or two from Elvis Dumervil wouldn't hurt.

16.
Tennessee
JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC: Hard to see the Titans passing up the top receiver in the draft, or at least the number one pass catcher on their board. Could be any of Mike Williams, Courtland Sutton, or O.J. Howard, but as of right now I don't see any of them being taken before JuJu.

17.
Tennessee

Desmond King, CB, Iowa: Titans get back-to-back picks with the first they got in the Jared Goff deal, and with that they can help bolster a weak secondary that has had trouble stopping the deep ball so far this season. Lots of different guys they could go with here but I prefer Iowa's King over any other corner available.

18.
New York Giants
Dalvin Cook, HB, Florida State: I think no matter what they decide the Giants need to go with a skill position here. They may or may not take a look at quarterbacks that could replace Eli Manning when he is ready to hang em' up (Chad Kelly, Davis Webb), but Dalvin Cook is too much of a talent to pass up at a position of need. The duo of Rashad Jennings and Bobby Rainey won't work for long.

19.
Cleveland
Jamal Adams, S, LSU: Despite spending third and fourth rounders on the safety position is recent drafts, the play from that position has just been abysmal. Adams is great value at 19 and he may be able to fill that gaping hole that Tashaun Gipson left when the Browns let him walk.

20.
Kansas City
Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama: Possibly another team that could look for a QB? Probably something they address later on in the draft. With the top 3 safeties off the board already I'm going to slot another defensive stud out of Alabama, Reuben Foster here. He can be Derrick Johnson's successor.

21.
 Green Bay
O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama: Match made in heaven right here. Howard is far and away the best pass catching tight end coming out this year, and I doubt Jared Cook will be enough to keep Green Bay from making O.J. another weapon for Aaron Rodgers to utilize.

22.
Buffalo
Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama: First offensive linemen I have taken, probably won't be the case but I just couldn't find a spot for one anywhere else. The Bills have a hole at right tackle and it's an easy choice to take the best lineman in the class.

23.
Washington
Carlos Watkins, DT, Clemson: Washington needs a big man in the middle, Watkins fills the role. He's a guy that can only stop the run but get to the QB as well, Also known for getting his hands on throws at the line.

24.
Houston
Justin Evans, S, Texas A&M: Safety is a big need for Houston, as is TE, but with O.J. Howard off the board and Jake Butt really the only other option at that spot, gonna say that the Texans get some secondary help.

25.
Denver
Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame: I'm not convinced that Russell Okung is the answer at LT for the Broncos. Would not be surprised to see them make a deal for a lineman (Joe Thomas?) but if they stand pat McGlinchey makes the most sense.

26.
Oakland
Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State: The Raiders get great value with at the 26th spot. McMillian will fit right in with the gritty Las Veg- I mean Oakland team. Reminds me a lot of fellow Buckeye linebacker Ryan Shazier.

27.
Atlanta
Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee: Atlanta needs a pass rusher and Barnett fills that void. The Falcons have struggled to put pressure on the quarterback the last few years and they'll need to address that issue this off-season.

28.
 Seattle
Dan Feeney, G, Indiana: Don't be surprised to see Seattle try and trade up for either Cam Robinson or Mike McGlinchey, but if they stand pat late in the first I see them addressing the inside of the line. Feeney is the best option at guard.

29.
Pittsburgh
Charles Harris, DE/OLB, Missouri: An outside backer is one of the few needs for the Steelers. With Jarvis Jones not living up to expectations expect them to draft a pass rusher early. Charles Harris blew me away with his Georgia game, and I think he's good value here.

30.
Dallas
Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU: Unless you see Cole Beasley as a legit #3 WR, it's going to be hard for Dallas not to take a receiver early in the draft. Considering that Dez is often dealing with injuries and Terrence Williams has trouble staying healthy himself, receiver may be a bigger need then some realize. I was going back and forth between Sutton and Mike Williams but I chose Sutton because of his frame and the ability to get 50/50 balls. Either receiver would be a good pick but Sutton feels like the better pick to me.

31.
New England
Christian McCaffrey, HB, Stanford: McCaffrey makes almost too much sense here. Whether he's in the backfield or in the slot position I think he fits in well with New England.

32.
 Philadelphia

Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU: Philly is really thin at the cornerback spot, and I think White is the best available. The shoe fits.

Garrett on Carolina would be terrifying.
