Carr

Alex Smith is definitely more efficient than Carr, but you know exactly what you're getting with Smith.  He's not going to take you to the next level. 
 
Carr played pretty well with a shitty supporting cast as a rookie.  Give him another year or two with a stronger unit around him, he'll be more valuable as a QB than Smith.
