Which QB would you take today for your team?

Fucking neither

Eli is a pick-magnet, and Romo isn't a team leader IMO

A lot of Eli's picks are balls that are right in the receivers hands but are hit up instead of being caught. Eli gets a bad rep as someone who throws tons of picks when he's not as bad as people say.

Jesus, I guess I'll say Eli. I'm not a fan of either though.

Marcus Jordan = Greatest basketball play of all-time

Why? Because he's Michael Jordan's son

My god you're foolish

Tony Romo. I think he's better than what most people give him credit for. Same thing could be said about Eli Manning, however. I'll take Romo though.

I dislike both being in the East Div, but I surely wouldn't pick Romo.

Now that he's married, the effect of "Homo" seems not to work anymore :(

But yes, Eli between the two.

Eli:

- Younger
- More durable
- Superbowl MVP
- Plays in the biggest market under constant scrutiny
- Plays with multiple WR's who have drop/tipped ball issues
- 14 career fourth quarter comebacks
- 17 game winning drives

Yeah.

Haven't you always said how the Giants have one of the best WR cores in the NFL, but now they're full of guys with the drop disease?

Yeah.
- Has led the NFL in interceptions.
- Averages a pick a game.
- Romo ranks fourth all time in yards-per-attempt.
- Romo averages less interceptions per contest, not by much though.
- Are you really saying that, football wise, Manning is under more scrutiny in New York?
- Romo has thrown more than 15 picks in a season just once, Manning has accomplished the feat four times.
- That defensive line deserved the MVP, and you know damn well that Manning wasn't the most deserving player.
- Fun fact; the year that Manning won the Super Bowl, that offense had more than three turnovers in a game five times.
- The year the Giants won the Super Bowl, Manning also fumbled the ball 13 times.

Just saying.

Playing half of your games in blustery Giants Stadium every year will do that.

- Averages a pick a game.
Most of those picks come early in the games. He's normally at his best later on, when it really counts. This is proven by his number of game winning drives and fourth quarter comebacks.

How many post-season wins has that given him? Isn't that how we judge quarterbacks.

- Are you really saying that, football wise, Manning is under more scrutiny in New York?
Yes. The NY Media is notorious for criticizing New York celebrities over everything.

- Romo has thrown more than 15 picks in a season just once, Manning has accomplished the feat four times.
He plays most of his games in sunny Texas. Not in the northeast with some of the harshest conditions of any stadium.

- That defensive line deserved the MVP, and you know damn well that Manning wasn't the most deserving player.
Did Eli give up a fourth quarter lead? Did the defense engineer two scoring drives in the fourth quarter? I thought so. He won the award, end of story,

- Fun fact; the year that Manning won the Super Bowl, that offense had more than three turnovers in a game five times.
The team was pretty mediocre during the regular season. That is no secret. However, they only turned the ball over once during that post-season run. The regular season should never be a final indicator of a team's success.

- The year the Giants won the Super Bowl, Manning also fumbled the ball 13 times.
Romo hasn't exactly been too stellar in that department either.

I stopped reading after this.

Eli had 16 of his 25 interceptions on the road.

8 of his 25 interceptions came in the fourth quarter of games last season. He also had his lowest completion % of any quarter in the fourth, least yards, and lowest QB rating.

When playing with a lead, Manning had 13 TD and 8 INT. When trailing or tied... 18 TD and 17 INT.

We're only talking about last season? That was an anomaly. I'll admit that he wasn't too great in the 4th last year. At least check the other years as well, since we are going off of careers.
