Obviously kawhi has had input from a 3rd party

But its not like the spurs want him to miss games. Theyre being extra cautious so hes good for the long haul

But who knows what's up with kawhi anyways. The spurs are so tight lipped. All they give us is the injury and "he'll be back soon" or "he's out indefinitely "

How rare is it to fire a guy midseason and not just go interim for the rest of the year? I know the Lakers did it with MDA, but I feel like it's pretty uncommon.
